Since no one has responded I'll offer my 2 cents but I'm not good at this until I've seen more The guy in Noi donne... has a different shaped head so I would say not the same. The priest in the YT video (which has that spear scene ) looks about the same age to me and not the same.

Personally I don't think that the priest in Fantozzi is the same man of Provincia violenta and 4 milioni... And I don't think its him in Noi donne siamo fatte too
