Romolo e Remo (1961) as Guard at the pagan ceremony and now added in a second role as a Soldier of Tazio.

He presumably also stunt-doubles for Steve Reeves here, but he must have been doing a good job as I wasn't able to spot him.

Il figlio di Spartacus (1962) as Officer at the docks and also in a second role, in black-face, as a Guard on the slave caravan.

This is another one where he presumably should body-double for Steve Reeves, which would explain his presence in Egypt, but I haven't found any shots to confirm it.

Sandokan, la tigre di Mompracem (1963) credited, as Kalamba and, as Steve Reeves body double, as Sandokan.

I pirati della Malesia (1964) as Steve Reeves body double, as Sandokan.

Giovanni does not have a role in this film and he is not recognisable in the action shots, but I would think that since he appeared in Sandokan, la tigre di Mompracem, which was shot back-to-back with this film, then it is a pretty safe assumption that he also doubled for Reeves here. Since he can't be recognised I'll put this as an uncertain identification.

Il Leone di Tebe (1964) as Mark Forest's body double, as Arian.

This is the last film I am aware of where Giovanni doubled for other action stars. In this case he's the far-too-obvious body double for Mark Forest, to whom, unlike Steve Reeves, he bears little facial resemblance. If he had appeared identifiably once that could have been considered an oversight, but he is clearly identifiable in 3 seperate fight sequences, which is just plain careless.
