: Armando Bottin in “Due bianchi nell'Africa nera” 1970

Armando Antonio Bottin was born in Anzio, Lazio, Italy on 18th September 1942. The third of four children, at the beginnig he was a boxeur an later he started to compete in bodybuilding tournaments.

Bottin began his career as a stuntman and actor with his countryman Giovanni Cianfriglia and his brother Luciano Bottin, following the example legendendary, Mister Universe, Steve Reeves and appearing in feature peplum films.

He appeared in several films using pseudonyms such as Johnny Kissmuller Jr. , Steve Gordon and Art Gordon.
In the late 1970s he married and moved to Romford, London, England where he managed a gym and swimming pool and practiced for the triathlon at a competitive level.
He died on 04th May 1989 in Romford at the age of 47.
