I fantastici 3 Supermen (1967) credited as "Giovanni Scarciofolo", as Sarkis henchman. Just exactly what "La squadra acrobatica Italiana" means is a mystery. The 4 actors all appear, but never together as a group, and this is the only time I have seen this credit used.

Kommissar X - Drei grüne Hunde (Strategic Command chiama Jo Walker) (1967), as Thug in bar.
He appears later dressed in a police uniform, which CIDb lists as being a second role, but which I think is probably a continuation of the same role.
