Since you can't see his features clearly I'm putting this as an uncertain identification, though it does seem more like Franco in motion than in the images. IMDb lists him as appearing as "Marseilles man", which isn't of much help. The appearance of a more-clearly-identifiable Giancarlo in the same scene (who is missing from IMDb) increases the likelihood of Franco's appearance, but also raises the possibility that he may have been mistaken for Franco. Hopefully a more HD copy of the film will turn up sooner or later to clarify matters.
