You probably wouldn't recognise him if you weren't looking for him, but since most of the other thugs in this scene (Rocco Lerro, Giovanni Ukmar, Roberto Dell'Acqua) are credited, then it makes sense that he would be too - and the eyes are a giveaway that he's in the black mask rather than the 2 red ones.
