Caccia al ladro d'autore (1986 TV series) Season 1, ep: 6 "Il calice di Murano", uncredited as Bulgarian killer.
Not the best of copies of these crime series, but it's definitely him.
I have made the pictures a little bit better, because the scenes were filmed at night.
