Ursus gladiatore ribelle (1962) as Gladiator.

Unfortunately all currently available copies of this film are all kinds of awful and the images clearly need upgrading when a better print becomes available, but I have watched these scenes in several different prints and am satisfied with the ID

Mondo Candido (1975) as Bulgarian officer.

While it appears that he is playing 2 quite different roles, they are in fact variations on the same role.
