Il cittadino si ribella (1974) as Post office customer during the robbery
Re: Dell'Acqua, Ottaviano
After Death (Oltre la morte) (1989) as Martin, a scientist facing the voodoo priest
A short role but with intense close-ups on his face of terror for having to fight a zombie directly from hell.

Zombi 2 (1979) as Zombie who rises from the grave and kills Susan (Auretta Gay)
Despite not being recognizable behind the heavy zombie make-up, this is one of Ottaviano's most well-known roles, with the image of him as the grotesque, half-rotted and worm-eyed zombie having been immortalized thanks to the famous American poster.
A more recent pic of Ottaviano posing with the famous poster image
He possibly also appears as other zombies in the film. This one rather looks like him, though it's hard to say for sure

Double Target - Doppio bersaglio (1987) credited as Richard Raymond, as Toro
In the Italian end titles he is also credited under his real name with "coordinamento stunt-men" (i.e. stunt coordinator) together with Massimo Vanni...
...but in the English end titles, the credit for "stuntmen coordinator" is curiously enough given only to Massimo Vanni under his frequent Alex McBride pseudonym
