The character played by Franco remains hidden under a mask throughout the film (and when the mask is removed upon his death it is Miles O'Keeffe in the role), so without the credit for the role it would be impossible to know it was him.

Franco appears in a flashback scene in this strange Italian-French international action movie with a complex story that involves Arab sheiks, a conflict about oil, some adventurers and a secret agent. He is supposed to have a stunt coordinator credit, but is not listed in the English or German credits at least.
