Garko remembers Borgese being the film's maestro d'armi, and Borgese himself confirms having coordinated the fights etc even though he receives no such credit in the actual film. Johan found the trailer online and from his clothing and backdrop the clip featuring Sal appears to have been filmed at the same time as his interview for Helder von der Hölle four years earlier.
