Emiliano, someone jumped in and seeded the iso file on eMule. It's the old Italian DVD, probably the same one the other pics were taken from, definitely not HD but better. He is still hard to recognize except he's dressed in the same clothes as his reporter. So Cosimo found him and we now have a pic. I'll make a composite and you can replace it if you find something better.
