It would seem the same actor in the films in which he is identified. Except that the role in Once upon a time in America that is missing, as you said, and also the "interview I've scores" should also be cited. Occasional actor is probably more appropriate. We wait for the topic to be fixed by the author, otherwise we move it in Topics to be revised.PeplumParadise wrote: ↑06/06/2022, 15:12Bill Carson has started this topic for Claudio Mancini

I didn't add an icon as I'm not sure how well it meets our criteria. It does now have 3 roles (it didn't initially), but I don't know that there is a clear enough image from which he can be identified (or to use as an icon), the listed title C'era una volta in America has no images (so should be entered as a title to check) and the main image from some 40 years after his roles is of little use as a means of ID, only as an item of interest. It also says he was primarily a producer, but does not include any of his production credits, which should presumably be checked in case he appears. I would also think that he belongs more as an "occasional actor" rather than a generico. What is your opinion?

yes, I also think it's better to move him to occasional actors, but I don't know how to change the category

Bill Carson has started the topic for unidentified generico "Western Old Man". While he is obviously a generico and the topic is fine, the 4 films listed in his topic are all productions shot mostly in Spain with largely Spanish supporting casts, so it would seem that he must almost certainly be a Spanish actor. I would think therefore that it would be better to move his topic from "Generici" to "Spanish", that way people will know to keep a watch for him in Spanish films, otherwise he may get overlooked.

I don't want to edit the "How to contribute" page myself, but I'm pretty sure what you mean here is "we don't want to have 100 pictures" rather than "we don't mind having", which implies that it is OK. Also "obviousor" is not a word in English, it should just be "obvious".

Is there some way to fix it so that the letters and topics don't separate at the bottom of the left column and top of the right? It doesn't matter so much where there are only a few topics, but if I jumped to a letter at the bottom of generici I would have a long scroll back to the top to find the topics (plus it doesn't look good)

I think Alfredo Chiodi belongs in the "Topics to be revised" since he only has 2 roles posted out of 5 in the filmography

Unfortunately, as you have already seen, I am very absent. The time has come for my departure for work and so until the end of December it will be very difficult for me to participate. However, I will try to fix any problems via smartphone and answer questions at least once a week.
