when I was upgrading some images for Ettore Arena I noticed that there were 2 identical images for different films. FatmanDan says that it is the image for Uomo avvisato mezzo ammazzato... Parola di Spirito Santo which is incorrect while Johan says "that the pic from Uomo avvisato mezzo ammazzato... is actually there, but it's displayed as the one from L'arciere di fuoco instead, whereas the pic from that film seems to be missing". Johan also says that sometimes when you upgrade images in old posts it can change the other pics and that maybe the correct image is still attached but not being displayed, so hopefully you will know how to fix it one way or another.

Each attachment has a reference number (which I have circled in red here).

The number is progressive from 0 to infinite. If you accidentally delete or insert images without first deleting the the attachment to be deleted, and you have two images that have the same number, only one of the two will be displayed. If this error occurs again, you have to delete the attachment with the same number using the "Delete file" command on "Attachments" and then reload the new image.
