My guess for Carla is, that the nose is different
for the ears i'm not certain, because they are a little bit covered, so not 100 percent for me (but i'm no expert)

Nick mentioned that Margaret might appear in a scene that was missing from his copy, and I assume this is the scene he means. From what I can remember, the scene is present in the cineromanzo version at least, and there's also this German lobbycard
