Each attachment has a reference number (which I have circled in red here).
The number is progressive from 0 to infinite. If you accidentally delete or insert images without first deleting the the attachment to be deleted, and you have two images that have the same number, only one of the two will be displayed. If this error occurs again, you have to delete the attachment with the same number using the "Delete file" command on "Attachments" and then reload the new image.

I think (hope) we finally have the confirmation we have been waiting for that our Barbarian Torturer is indeed Stefano Ceccarelli, thanks to Pietro Ceccarelli's granddaughter (and Stefano's great granddaughter) on my Facebook Peplum Paradise group. What do you think?
