For me this count as identification since we have the full surname and the beginning of the name
Im sure sooner or later we will have his full name too, because from my experience all actors credited in fotoromani are at least credited in 2 of them
Also Severino D'Ottavi Johan did have him in one only as D'Ottavi until i found a second fotoromanzo with him credited with his fulll name

Plus there are already several cases of actors who were always credited only with the initials like E.G. Marshall, A. Martinez etc.

So in my opinion he should be moved to identify.

I'm not sure that we should re-name him without having either a first name or a second confirmation, since there is no evidence that using the initial was his preferred way of being credited or to confirm that the possible "Sergio Prestano" ID is indeed incorrect, since that seemed pretty certain previously.

I suppose we could change his topic name to "E. Evangelista", but keep him in unidentified, since, while it is certainly a step in the right direction, just having a surname and initial does not equal a full identification to me and "Evangelista" is an extremely common surname (I counted 26 profiles on IMDb with this surname just with christian names beginning in "E", but none that seemed like possible matches for our man).

As far as I'm aware the "Topic description" lines in the headers have only been previously used to record the previous topic names of formerly unidentified actors or for "C.S.C." in c.s.c. actor topics, which isn't to say they can't be used for other things, and potential ID's seem a reasonable thing to put there, so why not.

It certainly needs to be added into his biography. Whether to delete his previous possible ID I'm not sure, this new ID seems to make that one redundant, though I still don't think that credit can refer to anybody else, so maybe one or other name is a pseudonym?

It's your topic so you can make the executive decisions what you want to put there.

Ah, yes. I don't think Pacifico was credited as an actor, though, so I'm not how sure how visible he may or may not be, and he is also not someone I am very familiar with, but I'll try and see if I can spot anyone that I think could be him.

Because i think can be the same woman in the fotoromanzi pics from 1964, since this is a very familiar face which im sure i saw in movies too, do you think to have saw her in any movies ? because i know she was busy in fotoromanzi
