This is not a western. I have a crappy copy but never watched it. Emiliano put a nice pic in Ileana Rigano's topic. Maybe he has more?

Yeah, the color and style of the hair is the same as in the other 1960s role, and he has a rather distinctive face and nose, so I say it's definitely Ettore.
