Re: Requests for Nick
Didn't you find a woman who was a bit of a Zulina lookalike a while back? Could she possibly be the same as this wedding guest in Il mattatore (1960)?
And not sure, but maaaybe this ticket clerk in I mostri (1963)...?

And not sure how I've missed this earlier, but I think this woman on the far left in I lancieri neri is Rossana Canghiari. Is this the only shot of her?

Here you go, she's either a courtier or a handmaidenJohan Melle wrote: ↑27/12/2020, 15:05And not sure how I've missed this earlier, but I think this woman on the far left in I lancieri neri is Rossana Canghiari. Is this the only shot of her?

Re: Requests for Nick
Thanks. I'll go with handmaiden then, since she's looking noticeably less elegant and made up than most of the other ladies.PeplumParadise wrote: ↑27/12/2020, 16:15Here you go, she's either a courtier or a handmaidenJohan Melle wrote: ↑27/12/2020, 15:05And not sure how I've missed this earlier, but I think this woman on the far left in I lancieri neri is Rossana Canghiari. Re: Requests for Nick
Thank you for the pics from Il gladiatore che sfidò l'impero, Nick. Wow, Sleepy Eyes' wig and fake beard is really spectacularly awful! I recognize a few others in the pics you've posted, though:
The white-haired senator on the left here is Rodolfo Lodi
And I'm thinking that number two from the right here should be Ferruccio Fregonese
In the back on the far right here is Mario Pascucci (maybe he's more visible in other shots)
And Pascucci is also on the right here together with the "Fat man with squared head"

Speaking of Lodi, could this be him in Totò, Vittorio e la dottoressa?

Nick, what do you (and others) think of the suggestions for Marga and Fregonese in I lancieri neri in this post: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=306&p=32081#p31780

Re: Requests for Nick
I don't really know Marga, looking at the other images it seems to be him, although here the mouth seems downturned at the corners which seems to be unusual. Fregonese I can't really say, I certainly wouldn't have recognised it as him, but wigs can make people look very different so who knows. More opinions are needed!Johan Melle wrote: ↑02/01/2021, 1:23Nick, what do you (and others) think of the suggestions for Marga and Fregonese in I lancieri neri in this post: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=306&p=32081#p31780
