Yes Johan, it is indeed Cortés and Wavy Gravy as you have stated here.
I get to know them reasonably good already.
Cortés as a Scotsman that's a surprise i think.

A big yes to all 3Johan Melle wrote: ↑17/05/2022, 15:18I see Rafael Cortés is supposed to appear in Maravilla (1957), with IMDb crediting him with the role of "Bandolero del Despeñaperros", whatever that means. I'm not very familiar with him, but could this be him, apparently playing one of the Scotsmen?

And maybe also in a second role as an audience member in the theater?

And is this "Wavy Gravy" in the same film? If so, then he has a reasonably large role, appearing in various scenes and speaking some lines but apparently not credited.

Have all the credited actors been eliminated to be sure that Wavy is not credited?

This one doesn't have the endless credits that some Spanish films have but he does a nice role. I think Pedro Valdivieso might be worth checking out...PeplumParadise wrote: ↑17/05/2022, 16:30A big yes to all 3Johan Melle wrote: ↑17/05/2022, 15:18And is this "Wavy Gravy" in the same film? I have only one other film he is listed as credited on IMDB and the General in Héroes del aire seems to be our Wavy Gravy...

Wavy Gravy plays the impresario Don Pedro, but I didn't see anyone on listed with playing that role on the IMDb page. Not that this means much, but I'm not very familiar with Spanish actors from this era, so I don't know. From what Carlos has found, though, it looks like he really could be Valdivieso, which would be great.PeplumParadise wrote: ↑17/05/2022, 16:30A big yes to all 3Johan Melle wrote: ↑17/05/2022, 15:18I see Rafael Cortés is supposed to appear in Maravilla (1957), with IMDb crediting him with the role of "Bandolero del Despeñaperros", whatever that means. Well I've checked Y eligió el infierno and La estrella del rey, in both of which Valdivieso is credited, but with no luck finding Wavy in either unfortunately, so I think that must mean it's not himJohan Melle wrote: ↑17/05/2022, 21:13Wavy Gravy plays the impresario Don Pedro, but I didn't see anyone on listed with playing that role on the IMDb page.
