About Il mondo dei sensi di Emy Wong (1977), Rik Battaglia's role is listed as uncertain, but he actually plays a pilot-colleague of George (Giuseppe Pambieri), referred to several times by the other characters as "Captain".

And he is credited in Le deportate della sezione speciale SS (1976). Here's his credit from the English version

Giorgio Cerioni is credited too - as "Giorgio Cerrione"

Thank you, updated accordingly

Hi Nick about Battaglia in And then there were none.

He actually appear in it but only in the spanish version which did have a strange subplot with him and the wonderful Teresa Gimpera as protagonists in scenes shoot part in Iran and part in Spain.
I think i can provided pics (i have this version but not in great quality) i have to check because i want to put them in the best quality possible.

Edit i found a good copy will post pics and credit.

NIck, I noticed from the Ivy Holzer thread that you may have a decent copy of ´Samoa la regina della giungla` (1968). At about 37:45 this stuntman is falling down - maybe it's our friend Omero (otherwise the dedicated website shows the next guy falling, who is totally unrecognisable). Thanks.

These are from the French DVD, which I think is about the best version available, they're slightly clearer anyway. While I wouldn't rule him out completely, it doesn't seem much like Capanna to me - it wouldn't be the only instance where he's mis-identified on that site. As you say the one who comes after is pretty much unidentifiable, though his body shape doesn't seem to resemble Capanna either. Pretty much all the "natives" in the film, at least the ones who are seen clearly, do seem to be played by genuine "non-Italians".

I agree: that's not Omero.

Hi, Nick! For your information:
I'm working my way through omerocapanna.it since a few days. Along the entrances there I want to pimp up our list, mostly succesful. For a few pics over at this site, indeed, I found that the pics are NOT showing Omero. (Made it up to the start of 1971, so far). These are the following:
- Le maraviglie.... (We know about this)
- Samoa regina della jungla (not recognizable)
- I due crociati
- Zorro marchese di Navarra
- La belva
- L'arciere di fuoco
Have a nice weekend!

If you've checked the roles and the films to be certain he doesn't appear elsewhere then add them in the "No Omero" section below the filmography with whatever notes are applicable, to save people searching for him unnecessarily in the future. For the many earlier peplum titles on their list I'll add them there when I search and post the topics for the films.

No, I'm not, and I never will be certain he does not appear in them. On the old site, for very much of them films his son (who runs/ran? the site) posted the receipts, so I'm quite sure Omero worked on them all; probably as "stunt only" in the first years. Then, he (=the son) tried to find his father in the films and did much the same research work we do here.
What I did in the films mentioned above was to search for the depicted scenes, not the whole films.
Anyway, by doing this, I found some other 10-15 appearances of other actors we list, so far.

As far as the forum goes we can only list actors who appear identifiably or who are credited. Sometimes there is some other evidence such as on set photos or the receipts you mention that can prove they were present during filming, but even then we cannot be certain that whatever scenes they appeared in were used in the final edit of the film unless they can be found - for instance we have on-set images of Angelo Boscariol and Vladimiro Picciafuochi in Cartagine en fiamme, but they have never been found in the film so unless they are it does not belong in their filmography - same with the image of Omero from Sodoma e Gomorra (due on blu-ray next month so I'll search for him thoroughly when it arrives).

Listing someone in the "no appearance" section of the filmography does not necessarily mean they did not shoot scenes the film, but it does signify that they did not appear identifiably, which is why I usually include notes explaining why I have listed the non-appearance.

Got the point, but again: I didn't search the whole films, just for the scenes fitting the images at the omerocapanna website. And Omero played (at least up to the mid-70s) a real bunch of "blink appearances" (you know what I mean)?
