He seems to be a much younger guy than Giulio was then...

Re: Requests for Nick
Sorry if I'm butting in, but I think I can help here too. This was an Italian-British co-production and there are at least three different versions of it: the Italian version made up of 7 episodes, the British version made up of 6 episodes, and the condensed theatrical version.van den bremt rudy wrote: ↑22/01/2022, 18:04Nick, can you help by searching John Francis Lane in "Moses, the lwgiver" (1974) i know you have the best copy of this miniserie, he is playing the "Egyptian consul"

thank you
I don't know if there's any real difference in content between the Italian and the British or if it's just that the episodes are edited so that they start and end in different places. The Italian version is available on Raiplay, and like most of the stuff they put on there, the quality is nothing spectacular. It does have a more extensive cast list than the British version, though. As for the British version, I have a very nice-looking DVD of it. Unlike the Raiplay version, it's widescreen so it's missing some of the image on the top and bottom. Comparing it to your screenshot, though, it adds some additional image on both the left and right side. So I guess it's a matter of what you like best, really.
Here are some screenshots of John from episode 1 of the British version
Btw, it looks like there's Eolo Capritti as some kind of priest during the ritual by the river where Princess Bithia is praying to be cured of her barrenness

Re: Requests for Nick
I have a British DVD release, which is the 6-part series, but in 2 halves with no breaks and episode credits (similar to the Odissea DVD releases), so I guess counts as a 4th version
