If you can make some pics of the dark haired middle aged patient you can see at minute 12 and 14
At minute 33 going of the plane we have Antonio Calò
at 1'42'00 in the bar we have a nice close-up of Giuseppina Quinn
I need a pic of the man in the road at 1'44'47 and then at 1'45'48 again in the road we have Giuseppe Ravenna

And in Il profeta resturant scene minute 23 a few seconds before we see Pina Amidei we have Mafalda Amidei if you can make pics of Mafalda
(again a scene where they are together which make me think more and more they could daughter and mother like the zanussi, given the surname have only a letter difference which can be have been written for mistake).

Thanks for the new identifications: all posted. The only man on the street I found is the one on the left of Sceusan. It is indeed possible that Mafalda and Pina are mother and daughter but it will not be easy to find out.

The patient i was referring is the female middle aged she is in several scenes in the background also from minute 12'36 and before in the first episode and also on the left minute 14'16

Also a few i forgot to ask

at minute 16'27 who Koscina uses to see herself in the reflection of the medical thing (i don't remember his name) he have on his head i think is a stethoscope with a light and the pics of the face of the younger english man in the ending before the surprise ending i won't spoiler haha

Hi, Matteo. I had recorded my copy of "La Madama" from the TV channel "Cine34 Hd". I'm afraid it is not available online in the same quality. If you need any pics from the movie, do not hesitate to ask me.

Hi about your pics from Incontro (1971)

That is not Umberto Fantoni but Luigi Scavran, behind Enzo Mondino we have Margherita Gagliano, if you can provided other pics the older woman on the left in Count dracula pics should be Adele Ceccotti.

And i agree even if we see her by profile that woman is Milena Zampana.
