Un'avventura di Salvator Rosa (1939) with a wig covering his bald head.
I'm not certain of his role, but since the subtitles refer to them as "lords" then I'll go with
Nobleman for now. I need to check the role for Navarrini's topic, so since he's wearing a matching clown outfit with lacey napkin adornments then it must be the same role.
