Transocchi, Giuseppe
Giuseppe Transocchi was a "generico", with a very creepy face, perfectly enhanced by Dario Argento in the cult horror Suspiria (1977). Argento has repeatedly declared that he had hired Transocchi while he was queuing at the post office of Piazza Bologna in Rome, struck by the particular features of the man employed in that office. We don't know if this is only an Argentoesque anecdotal license, or if Transocchi was really a postal worker.

In a small duet with Manfredi who, after uncovering his face from the hood, tells him - ironically - that he was better off hooded!

Suspiria (1977) as Pavlo
Role of life, that of the fac-totum of the dance school in Argento's film.
Few will know that in addition to doing the fac-totum of the dance school, Transocchi also plays the killer of Eva Axén.
As shown in this photo where he wears a black tank top to hide himself and shows the hairy arm that appears in the film.
