Amarcord (1973) as
Man lighting the bonfire. When I asked about this one in Quick Identifications there was a little uncertainty, so call this an uncertain identification. The more I look at it though the more I'm sure it is him, particularly given that our man has a history of appearing in Fellini's films.

We finally have our Fruit Man identified as
Giacomo Di Segni (since amended to Gianni, his film-credit-name), thanks to forum member themefi, who found his Wikipedia page. The Wikipedia page mentions that he appeared in Fellini films and had a production credit on
L'oro di Roma, in which our man appeared.

To confirm things there is another credited photo on the Alarmy site (below) and our man appears in
Totò al giro d'Italia playing himself and introduced as "Di Segni" (see following post)

Totò al giro d'Italia (1948) as himself, as "
Di Segni".
Confirming our man's identification in what is probably his earliest role. The film features a number of athletes playing themselves, including our man who is introduced to Toto as "Di Segni" (with no first name).

Un Uomo Dalla Pelle Dura (1972) credited but not found.
I have looked through 2 separate copies of this film with no luck finding our man, so this may be his turn for a Credit only. It is quite possible, given that several other credited actors have not been found and that other roles make little sense, that there are scenes missing from the available prints.
