In 'Il nemico di mia moglie", Mimmo appears right after the credits as a quite excited, fence-shakin' spectator at a football match

Funny that you should mention this as I just managed to get hold of this movie today!
So here's Mimmo in
Il nemico di mia moglie (1959) as
Fence-shaking football supporter
Btw, the title of my copy is actually
Il marito bello (Il nemico di mia moglie).
And here's Mimmo in the Italian-British TV mini series
L'isola del gabbiano (1981) as
Man on the beach
This 5-part series, shown in the UK as
Seagull Island, is most widely seen in a shortened feature length version that was released on VHS as
The Secret of Seagull Island, but Mimmo's role is not included in this version.

Un dollaro bucato (1965) as
Man cat-calling to Judy in saloon. This is an uncertain identification since you never see his face clearly enough, but what drew my attention to him is that he does Mimmo's distinctive shoulder shrug when he laughs. The ear matches near enough to other images of Mimmo and obviously he has the right build, but the profile is a little odd as he is always moving, it might be better to make a positive ID if the film appears on blu ray.

La tempesta (1958) as
Cossack at banquetMost online sources indicate that this film was shot entirely in Serbia, however given the presence here of both Mimmo and Spartaco Nale, I suspect that this scene at least may have been filmed in Italy, after all why would they have imported Italian actors to just play featured extras

The Bible: in the beginning... (La bibbia) (1966), as a
Sodomite, presumably some kind of leader since he has women sleeping all round him. This marks Mimmo's second time playing a Sodomite, following Sodoma e Gomorra - he never seemed to play any role just once! Great find by Johan
