Lorenzo is impossible to recognise in this half-hour film and I was going to list it as not found, but Carlos suggests this could be him on the right with his back to the camera as Man looking at mugshots. Since you never see his face I think this will have to be an uncertain identification.

El cerro de los locos (1960) credited, but pretty impossible to spot, as Officer who brings the scooter.

IMDb says his character is called Valentin, but I didn't hear him called by name in his very brief appearance.
