No biographical details are currently known, but from his name and the facts that he appeared in a number of English language productions shot in Spain and generally played English characters in Spanish films, it seems very probable that he was either British or American, though obviously this is only speculation. His one credit as a dialogue director may suggest that he was involved in dubbing.
I've found a few undocumented appearances in international productions, so it's probable there will be more to be found. He was quite short and usually had a moustache or goatee.
