El hombre que perdió el tren (1960) He appears first as Best man at the wedding, then is glimpsed later as a Party guest. Since both scenes involve mostly the same group of people then these can probably be considered as the same role, though, as always, it isn't made clear.

This is Enrique's earliest role found so far by 5 years. With 2 roles now found in 40's Spanish films, it seems very unlikely the actor in Argentine films would be the same person.
