José Cegarra was a Barcelona-based small-part actor, active in Spanish films at least from the mid-1970's to the early 1990's.

No biographical details are currently known, but from the films he appeared in he was obviously based in Barcelona.

I found one undocumented role for him (so far) and his filmography is fairly small, as are all his known appearances of which many are uncredited, so it would seem likely there could be more undocumented roles to be found and he may well turn out to be more of a background actor. He seems to have maintained the same distinctive look, with slowly-greying goatee, throughout his career.
