Emilio Alonso was a small-part actor, active in Spanish films from at least the late 1940's to the early 1970's.

No biographical details are currently known, though he has several credits as "Emilio Alonso Ferrer", so it seems likely this was his full name.

IMDb once again manages to have 2 actors of the same name under the same profile - our man here whose career seems to have ended after 1971 and a second, much younger actor, whose career looks to have begun in the 1980's. I have found one undocumented role for Emilio, so it is very possible that there could be more to be found.

La princesa de los Ursinos (1947) credited, but not found after multiple searches.

This is one of those period films where everyone is wearing big wigs, so it's possible I missed him as a result.
