I've found an interesting news article from "El Pueblo Gallego" dated April 2, 1963, about the filming of "Pyro" aka "Fuego" in Galicia.
The article includes a photo of a woman called Juanita Ramírez who worked in the clothes department of the film. Although the pic quality is awful, I think the feature of the woman in the photograph are similar to those of the "First Lady".
