No biographical details are currently known. IMDb has him listed as "Emilio S. Espinosa", but he was only credited with the initial on two occasions.
IMDb and EdCE both list one title from 1940 which is impossible to find. Other than that his known film career commences in 1959 when he was obviously already quite mature, and from then his credited roles were steady, but hardly prolific, with his final appearances coming in 1977.
I first identified him playing the husband of Juanita Jiménez in 2 films and since she was credited in both of those I was able to identify him too. It could turn out he was also a background actor - time will tell.
