Re: Milton Reid
Get Away with Cliff (1971) is a TV special featuring music stars Cliff Richard and the Shadows and Olivia Newton-John. The musical numbers are interspersed with comic interludes. Milton appears, credited, as one of 4 odd characters who follow Shadows guitarist Hank Marvin around, so I guess Follower is as good a description as any.

The Goodies (1971) TV series, Season 2, episode 7: "Kitten Kong", as Man attracted by Butch tobacco. Milton spoofs his appearances in St. Bruno tobacco ads by here being the one who is attracted to "Butch tobacco for Men" smoker Tim Brooke-Taylor.
