There is a short video on You Tube showing Dutch newsreel footage of the Katherine Dunham dance troupe's arrival in Holland in 1949 with the show "A Caribbean Rhapsody". Wilbert must be among the dancers (and is named in the credits below the video), but I wouldn't want to hazard a guess as to which dancer he is since they are not seen that clearly.
