Storyline

Don Giorgio, a handsome young priest and music teacher in a female convent, has two lovers. Torn between the pleasure of the senses and the awareness of his religious choice, he decides one day to sever all female relationships, but only a few hours later, an unknown hand stabs him to death near the church altar. Commissioner Boito, who leads the investigation, first suspects a sexton who was a former offender, but after other deaths he becomes convinced that the culprit lurks among other unsuspecting characters who frequent the convent.

Kids ans Nuns.

The only name that don't have a face from the crediteds is that of Alcira Harris. Furthermore, it appears this is the only film in which she appears to have taken part. This could be her real name or an alias for essentially one of this three actresses who have some lines: the nun among the others who has some close-ups, the tavern maid and the police commissioner's mother.

N.38, the blonde cop...

...appears also in this promotional pic of No. Il caso è felicemente risolto (1973). Only in this pic, not in the respective movie.

I recognized Filippo Pompa Marcelli from La donna scimmia (1964), where his characters introduce himself using the real actor's name: "Pompa Marcelli".

The nun on the lower left in Pic 5 should be Anna Manduchi, I think (also seen next to the police commissioner's mother in pics 46-50).

The tavern waitress is Maria Teresa Piaggio.

The police commissioner's mother is the same actress that plays Mrs. Horst in Il diavolo a sette facce (1971), but I don't know her name...

And not 100% sure, but I think the TV host could be Renato Cortesi.

Thankyou! Manduchi e Cortesi for sure. For Piaggio, I had also already posted two profile pics of her, but I didn't remember her at all. The "last" nun in N.5 it's a face I've seen before. I think we will remember who she is, sooner or later.
