Yep, I agree it's him too, in what must be a second role. As for what that role can be described as, that's another matter.

P.S. It was me that mentioned it, not Johan, but it has been 2 1/2 years before getting any response! Better late than never!

Could Iloosh Khoshabe's stunt double maybe be Ottorino Pollentini?

In a 1964 fotoromanzo there is a Gaspare Romano credited, so i fought it should be Romano Gasparri credited in this movie
gaspare romano-compressed.jpg
gaspare romano 1-compressed.jpg
gaspare romano 2-compressed.jpg
gaspare romano 3-compressed.jpg
gaspare romano 4-compressed.jpg

And from the pics i say it must be the man in pics 39,40,41,42, even if off course in the fotoromanzo he changed his hair color, but for me he is absolutely him.

Plus Romano can be a generico since on imdb i see a second credit for him in La donna che venne dal mare (1957)

It seems possible, but I'm not certain. In the fotoromanzo images it seems that he has a mole on his right cheek that I don't see in the film images, but I guess it could just be a temporary spot that went away. Otherwise he does seem similar apart from the hair. What do others think?
