Paolo Reale "could be" n. 60 with red band, for the chubby face, the thick eyebrows, the slightly deviated nose and the upper eyelid drooping outwards. But it's hard to be sure.
I think the guy in the red headband is too young to be someone who was already obviously in his 30's 15 years earlier
I have to agree!
He could maybe be the guy dressed in red in the centre of 28, also in 29 and 54

Here another pic of Robero Maldera (I will redo the snapshots of this film in the near future). I know him very well and he doesn't appear among of these shots.
Unlike Reale, Maldera would have been somewhat younger here than in the images. I agree I don't see any obvious possibilities. If he is not in the images then he almost certainly does not appear, as I have at least one image of pretty much everyone who appears in the film.

Paolo Real is credited and unidentified in L'ultimo killer (1967). Could the barman be the same guy that's in these pics?

I would say yes, I think we have him!

I even have a name for him: Paquito, and have "Paul Real" as his impersonator....
To me, it IS the guy in the three pics-

Reale identification added.

As for Ruth Von Hagen, I think this one must be her. Besides bearing the most resemblance, Von Hagen tended to play tough, somewhat-masculine women and the others all seem too girly or too exotic. Any opinions?

It seems she's the same actress in all three films.

Of the unidentified credited actors we have these…
Roberto Maldera - This was the only image I found online

The guy in the lower left of #6 caught my eye. Here's my pic of Roberto Maldera from Spara Joe... e così sia!. With your pic, Emiliano's and this, it looks like the nose and chin are close but the hair hides quite a bit. Is this a character who might be credited and do you have any more pics with him?

There's not really any reason whatsoever why the role would be credited. He plays a soldier who gets hit on the head as he walks past and that's it.
