I'm fairly sure this is Sergio Testori
Trionfo Ercole Testori.jpg

This is Giuseppe Marrocu again in pics 6-8 and 22. In a different role, or is the same as the one Emiliano pointed out...?

I'm not familiar with Testori so maybe someone else can confirm that one?

He's again a "Citizen" (for want of a better description) standing around in the street, so even though it's in a different scene I would count it as being the same role (except in the case of Moraschini, who wears a wig in one "citizen" scene but not in another).

Could this slightly chubby Golden Man possibly be Giovanni Bonadonna?

Hmm... maybe, but I don't know. There are too many distracting details :p

This actor I noticed who seems to match with an unidentified actor from La rivolta dei pretoriani, so could be a potential generico

I think he's the same as this guard on the left in 002 Operazione Luna (1965)

I did wonder if this might be him in the fotoromanzo shot from Moraschini's main image.

It is! I remember him from the Killing fotoromanzi (he appeared in a few as a cop) and that's why I recognized him at once.

He does have a very distinctive facial shape and noticeable double chin. Could he have been credited in any of the fotoromanzi or was he always a background character?

Unfortunately, not one single actor is credited in the Killing fotoromanzi. There were biographies published for some of them, but not for this guy.
