The whitebeard seen on the right in image 44 seems like he could be the same as in the images below...
Romolo e Remo
Le avventure di Mary Read

Maybe in the first two (possibly three) pics, but looks to me like a different man in the next ones.PeplumParadise wrote: ↑20/04/2021, 18:48The whitebeard seen on the right in image 44 seems like he could be the same as in the images below...

Anyway, the second man from the right in the pic from Romolo e Remo is Mario Pascucci!

Re: Erode il grande (1959)
Ah, ok, sorry, he does not have any other credits and as far as is known Tourjansky was the director of this film, and it is Tourjansky who is credited on all posters and other publicity for the film, only not in the credits
Re: Erode il grande (1959)
Apparently, like in ´I battaglieri di Volga`, Toufjanski had the supervison (A film by..) and Genoino was the director (Regia di...); whatever that may mean during the filming... But anyway, that's not important. Let's search for Beards and Handmaidens:-)))PeplumParadise wrote: ↑20/04/2021, 19:09Ah, ok, sorry, he does not have any other credits and as far as is known Tourjansky was the director of this film, and it is Tourjansky who is credited on all posters and other publicity for the film, only not in the credits

I'll amend the director credit to "presumed to be".FatmanDan wrote: ↑20/04/2021, 19:16Apparently, like in ´I battaglieri di Volga`, Toufjanski had the supervison (A film by..) and Genoino was the director (Regia di...); whatever that may mean during the filming... Given that this is a forum primarily dedicated to identifying actors then the beards and handmaidens will always have their day! :smiling_blushed:

Re: Erode il grande (1959)
The bearded courtier in the red hat in these images looks to be the same actor as in the images below. What do others think?
Barabba (1961)
Gli amori di Ercole (1960)
La venere di Cheronea (1957)
