People I recognize:

Angela Palmieri
Ercole Roma Palmieri.jpg

Alfonso Giganti

Looks like Franco Beltramme to me
Ercole Roma Beltramme.jpg

And maybe Beltramme again, but not sure due to the strange expression
Ercole Roma Beltramme2.jpg

"Big Hairless Man" (plus the third role pointed out in Quick identifications)
Ercole Roma Big Hairless.jpg

Ugo Ballester again
Ercole Roma Ballester.jpg

"Old Gangster"

Giovanni Sabbatini

And I don't know who this is, but she looks very familiar to me and has for sure played some larger credited roles in other films

The tavern waiter looks like the same actor who plays the tavern keeper in Il trionfo di Ercole

Is that "White Peplum Beard" in the midst of the two marked actors, lowest "Senators" pic? (and Gorgon' Victim, again, up on his right)
No, he's a lookalike, the head shape, hairline and ears are different
whitepeplumbearda.jpg
Looks veeeeeeeeery much like him, though, I must say!
If you compare it side by side with white peplum's images he looks quite different, this one has more of a Sean Connery look about him. This one's head is wider at the top whereas white peplum has an oval head. I have a bald head and white beard so from a distance I probably look like him too :D

The first pic I considered and rejected as Mattei, so it must be Beltramme :D I don't see the other pic as being him though

The Ballester pic looks to be the same role as already posted, the scene this image is from directly follows the other and he's wearing the same costume

Getting back to this familiar-looking woman...
Ercole Roma Familiar.jpg

...I would say she's the same as this angry village woman in Maciste nell'inferno di Gengis Khan (1964)

The broad smile makes her mouth seem a lot bigger, but yes, I think you're right.

What do you think of my match for the tavern waiter?

Yes, those two pics of her probably aren't the best to compare but based on the other pics posted from both films, I'm sure she's the same girl. Pretty sure I've seen her elsewhere too! Does anyone else recognize her? Mauro maybe...?

Hmm... I think the tavern waiter is the same, yes.

And could this perhaps be the same man again in La rivolta dei pretoriani??

Yes, I would say so. He's someone very familiar who I think turns up in a lot of peplums in small roles like tavern keepers, so I'd always assumed he was a known actor - but maybe he isn't.
