Satiricosissimo (1970) as Fight announcer in the arena, I suppose. However, he's also seen up on the platform with Nero (Giancarlo Badessi), so hard to say exactly what his role is supposed to be.

I fratelli Karamazov (1969) (TV mini series) credited, as Orthodox monk. He gets a close-up, but has no dialogue in episode 4. He is also credited in episodes 1 and 3, in which the group of monks do appear, but Cesare is nowhere to be seen. Presumably, he was present in those scenes but not caught by the cameras...
