: Adriano Corneli in L'uomo che ride (1966)

: Adriano pictured in the book Fellini's Faces

Adriano Corneli was a dwarf actor, active in Italian films at least from the mid-1960's to the mid-1970's.

As with all the dwarf actors of Italian cinema, no biographical details are currently known. IMDb spells his name with 2 "L"'s, but the majority of his credits only use one.

I have found undocumented appearances for Adriano in a few films, so I'm sure there can be more to be found. He can be easily distinguished from the other dwarf actors from having a hump at the base of his spine, giving him a unique body shape and way of walking.

Ciao, Federico! (1970 Documentary) Adriano is seen in on-set footage from the making of Fellini Satyricon (1969).

I do not have Adriano identified in my images from Satyricon, but I will be making a topic for this film sooner or later, so I will check closely then. It could be possible that his scenes were cut from the finished film.
