FatmanDan thinks this may be re-used footage from an earlier film. It doesn't match with any of the identified roles we have for Nino so far, but there are still more films to be checked. Nino does look fairly old here, so it also could have been new, or at least recent footage.

I hadn't realised before, but Nino's father, Angelo Musco, was actually quite a big star in the 1930's.
He only appeared in 10 films between 1932-1940, 2 of these released after his death in 1937 at age 65, but in all of these he had top billing playing the leading roles.
