Re: Archie Savage
South Pacific (1958) credited, twice, as "Ceremonial Dance Chief".
After having appeared in both the Broadway and London stage productions, it was quite fitting that this should be Archie's last Hollywood production, shot largely in Hawaii, even if it was really only a glorified variation on his native chief roles. Interestingly two of the other lower-billed cast members listed here would also wind up becoming stars in Italy within a couple of years.

Europa di notte (1959) credited with The Archie Savage Dancers and as choreographer, as Dancer.
Archie's participation here is mostly limited to choreography and watching proceedings from the side of the stage.

Il figlio del corsaro rosso (1959) credited as choreographer.
Archie does not appear in the film, but was (presumably) responsible for an energetic Caribbean dance routine.

La dolce vita (1960) as Street dancer.
The first of two showy appearances from 1960 that announced his arrival on the Italian film scene.

Space-Men (1960) credited, as Al - X-15.
Archie, wearing a white wig, has one of the largest acting roles of his career here. Playing an astronaut, he gained some notoriety for being the "first black man in space". Director Antonio Margheriti must have liked him, since he used him again in several more of his space flicks a few years later.

Re: Archie Savage
Boccaccio '70 (1962), segment "Le tentazioni del dottor Antonio", as Man with the jazz band.
His exact role here isn't entirely clear, he seems to be with, but not actually a part of, the visiting American jazz band (whose members include Alfred Thomas and Carl Latimer), he may possibly be supposed to be their manager.

Re: Archie Savage
Sodoma e Gomorra (1962) credited as Choreographer.
Archie doesn't appear (the only male dancer seen is fellow American dancer/choreographer Van Aikens), but his stamp is clearly on the several exotic dances seen in the palace in Sodom.

Un branco di vigliacchi (1962) credited, as Leader of the American liberators.
Archie has another dramatic acting role here as the leader of some American troops who arrive to free a house full of Italians being held captive by German soldiers.
