There is a fascinating interview with Charles to be found on You Tube. Conducted in May 1996 by Bernice Krantz, the interview runs for over 2 hours and in it Charles discusses his amazing life, including a little bit about his film career, corroborating many biographical details.

The interview can be viewed by following this link

In the interview Charles discusses some of the photographs in his home. This one he says shows him opposite Dennis O'Keefe, but he does not mention the film's title. From a glance through O'Keefe's filmography I would guess it is probably from the hard-to-find El aventurero / Sail into Danger (1957), a Spanish-British production shot in Spain, which looks to be O'Keefe's only film shot in Europe (though of course he could have also appeared in an American production opposite him).

Rudy has pointed out that this looks very similar to the shots of Charles in his first film, Hans le marin (1949). In those images he is with Jean-Pierre Aumont, but they are not really clear enough to be certain, though Aumont's hair and the stripe on Fawcett's cap seem to match. Charles was in his 80's at the time of the interview and some of his memories are not too clear, so it is quite possible he is wrong about O'Keefe, though even if his identification of this image is wrong, if he has memories of working with O'Keefe it is still quite likely they appeared in a film together.

The Sleepwalkers (1959) (Tv) credited as one of the survivors
he is credited on the website stanleymorgan.co.uk/sleepwalkers.htm but couldn't download the names of the cast probably copyrighted, could only download 2 pictures of it
this British movie made by Charles Deane productions, was shot in Portugal, but never distributed
it's about a group of survivors of a shipwrecked yacht stranded on an island surrounded by big cliffs

the first picture is a shooting scene and you see Charles on the right (you recognize him on his hair)
sleepwalkers2 charles fawcett.jpg
in the second picture he is not there
sleepwalkers 1.jpg
New movie for filmography
