Mensajeros de paz (1957)

Ángel Córdoba has 10 credits on IMDb, 3 with roles. Of the 3 with roles, one I couldn't find, one the role was too nondescript, which leaves this one from Carne de horca (1953), which, assuming the named role in IMDb is correct, should be him. I don't see any obvious matches.

A search for Luis Domínguez Luna left me with this selection. The 2 films where he has glasses it is clearly the same person, so presumably that must be Luis. In the other 2 films he looks quite different, possibly down to fake hair, facial and on top, and lack of glasses, or possibly because they're not him. Again I don't see any obvious matches in the unidentified. One thing I've noticed is that he seems to have very distinctive earlobes, which I see in at least 3 of the 4 roles here, but which I don't see on any of our unidentified.

Something I did notice is that there is another actor, Manuel Domínguez Luna, who appeared in several of the same films as Luis (so they were maybe related). Since the credit in our film is simply for "Domínguez Luna" then it's quite possible that IMDb has it wrong and that the credit belongs to Manuel. He has 12 credits on IMDb, 9 with roles, so I'll see if I can get him identified.

For Pilar Caballero i found this : Aquellos tiempos del cuplé (1958)
Could she be the shopkeeper's wife (played by Xan Das Bolas) ?

Not in my opinion, she looks nothing like any of the other images of Pilar or anyone else in this film

I've added the roles for Caballero and Jose Morales as I am satisfied the ID's are correct.

Still a few more to try and identify...

Based on roles listed on IMDb, these should be Carmen Pérez Gallo

I can't say I'm certain, but of the few remaining female roles that seem like they could be credited the toy store customer below would seem to be the most likely match. Any opinions?

This should certainly be Tina Vidal on the left, and probably also on the right (I didn't hear the role called by name to confirm the ID, but there are very few female roles in the film and the others are identified). The role on the left dates from 1954, so 3 years earlier.

There are only 2 remaining female roles of any substance, and she looks nothing like Ana's mother (see below) or the role above, so I think she has to be the Police Commissioner's wife here (looks like she put on a little weight in the 3 years between).

Assuming the 2 ID's above are correct then that only leaves one female role of any substance to be identified, that of Ana's mother (below) and one female credit to be matched, Carmen Aldaco. By process of deduction then I think the actress below must be Aldaco. Any opinions on these 3 ID's would be welcomed.

For someone with 40 credits on IMDb, half with roles, Pedro Beltrán proved somewhat difficult to pin down, but I think I have him safely ID'd in 2 roles here

The most likely match seems to be the young priest below

Of the unidentified credited actors I think Beltran is the last one with much chance of identifying. There's a couple of the uncrediteds listed on IMDb who might be findable.

Following up on the possibility that the "Dominguez Luna" credit might in fact refer to Manuel Dominguez Luna rather than Luis, here we have Manuel in a few roles. Unfortunately I don't see any matches for him either, but at least we have him identified for future reference.

Not much luck as far as the uncredited actors listed on IMDb go. Most of them have no other roles from which to identify them, Antonio Jiménez Escribano is nowhere to be found, and I failed to identify Francisco René from the roles listed. That only leaves José Santamaría, identified here in a very specific role from El hombre que viajaba despacito.

The only possibility I could see is the jiving nightclub customer below, but hard to be sure as he doesn't stop moving.
UK85.jpg

With that I think I've got as far as I can with the information available. Since no-one has offered opinions on the various ID's then I will have to go with my own judgement. I am satisfied that the ID's for Beltran, Perez Gallo and Vidal are correct (and by extension the probable ID for Aldaco), so I will add those.
