Odissea (1968 TV mini-series) Samson is credited in episodes 3 and 4, but only actually appears in episode 4, as Polifemo.
Samson also appears in the much shorter feature film version, Le avventure di Ulisse, but my old DVD-R copy will no longer play, so I don't have images.
Episode 3 - credit only (though you do see the footprints of Samson's character!)
Episode 4

Fellini Satyricon (1969) as Strong man.
IMDb describes his role as "Gladiator", but I can see nothing in Samson's brief appearance to warrant this description. He is rather hard to spot due to excessive dust.

Ciao, Federico (1970 documentary) This documentary about the filming of Fellini Satyricon includes footage of Samson on set, though if anything he's even harder to spot here than in the film itself and he would be unrecognisable if you didn't know where to look (he's the one getting up in the centre).

The Adventures of Gerard (1970) as Strong man.
This is a role found by myself which is missing (so far) from all his online filmographies. On the strength of this it could be possible that there are further undocumented appearances to be found.

Images of Samson as a wrestler and body builder. As a wrestler he sometimes used the pseudonym "Sammy Berg".
