1965 brings two films, in which ´Lewis Lawrence` is involved in the production. It's just before Catenacci's acting starts, and it's a aka name not far away from the ones we know that belong to him. So maybe we can list this as "likely credit". Here's the one for

Ho visto uccidere Ben Barka (TV, 1978), credited in both parts, as Boucheseiche. This b/w ascetic play with a bunch of documentary clips was shown in two parts. It lasts about 110 minutes. Found this worn out copy only.
